We do nothing. Very carefully.

NixStein is made in Berlin. By one person, a few computers and an unreasonable fondness for detail. That one eye looks to the left because the other is missing; that a leaf drifts past as slowly as leaves do; that the rock leaves its shadow behind when it hops – nobody asked for any of it. We did it anyway.

Why a rock costs money

Your rock does nothing. To keep doing nothing reliably, it needs servers that don't sleep at night, emails that actually arrive, and security updates nobody ever sees. We show no adverts, sell no data and send you no notifications to lure you back. All of this is paid for by what you choose to buy: an eye, a second rock, a gift. That is all.

What we don't do

• No adverts.
• No subscription.
• No tracking.
• No AI reading over your shoulder.
• No notification that isn't necessary.
• No rock was moved for this page.

When you buy something, you are essentially buying nothing. You are simply making sure it stays there.
