NixTier. A little pet that stays.

NixTier is a calm pet game for children aged about 6 to 10, for Android. Your child feeds, strokes and brushes their pet, goes for walks and plays with it. The pet never gets ill, never goes hungry and never dies.

What is inside

• Dog and cat, with fur colours, patterns, collar and their own name
• Care: feeding, drinking, stroking, brushing, bathing, sleeping – no numbers, no red, no blame
• Exercise: steps (only while the app is open) or the hopping game; going beyond the daily goal brings nothing extra
• Games: ball, hide and seek, tricks
• Parent area: bedtime, daily play time, step goal, sounds

What NixTier does not do

• no ads, no in-game currency, no random rewards, no subscriptions
• no account and no e-mail address for your child
• no tracking, no analytics, no device ID; your child's data stays on the device
• no notifications, no streaks, no countdowns
• internet only for app updates and to check an unlock code – only the code is sent

The basic game is free

Dog and cat, 12 fur colours, all patterns, collar, all of the care, exercise, ball, hide and seek, tricks, the hopping game and the widget cost nothing – for ever.

Extras – for parents only

If you like, you can unlock more for good. Purchases happen only here on the website, by adults. In the app your child sees no prices and no buy buttons – only a lock on the new animals with the sentence “Your parents can unlock this.”

How an extra gets into the app

1. Choose a pack here and pay with Stripe.
2. You immediately receive an e-mail with the unlock code, a link and a QR code.
3. In NixTier, press and hold “Parents”, solve the sum, open “Extras” – open the link, scan the QR code or type the code.

Get the app

NixTier is currently available as an APK for Android directly from us (Android 8 or newer). Updates come from our server and are installed only in the parent area.
